Legal Overview

These pages collect the public legal baseline for Vivd.

  • Terms of Service cover hosted Vivd access, Studio, plugins, publishing, user content responsibility, acceptable use, and future payment handling.
  • Privacy Policy explains the main personal data categories processed by the Vivd website, hosted platform, Studio, support, plugins, and published-site delivery.
  • Imprint lists the provider and contact details for Vivd.
  • The self-hosted source code license remains governed by the repository LICENSE and LICENSING.md.

Signed offers, accepted order forms, data processing agreements, plugin-specific terms, payment-provider terms, or commercial license agreements may add to or override these pages for a specific relationship.

Payment terms

Hosted payments, credit top-ups, and self-serve checkout are not generally available yet. The public Terms of Service include a conservative payment clause now so users know that any future paid plan, credit pack, tax, refund, renewal, or cancellation terms must be shown before purchase or agreed in a separate offer.

Published sites

Vivd helps users create, edit, and publish websites. Users remain responsible for the content, claims, assets, legal notices, privacy notices, cookie choices, offers, and other material they publish through Vivd.

Vivd may provide checklists, AI suggestions, templates, plugins, hosting, or domain tooling, but those tools do not replace user review before a site goes live.
